The FNIRSI-2C23T is a versatile 3-in-1 dual-channel digital oscilloscope designed for maintenance and development work. It combines an oscilloscope, multimeter, and signal generator in one device. The oscilloscope features FPGA+MCU+ADC architecture, 50 MS/s sampling rate, 10 MHz bandwidth, and high-voltage protection, supporting peak voltage measurements up to ±400V. It allows saving and analyzing waveform screenshots.

The multimeter offers 4-digit, 10,000-point true RMS measurements for AC/DC voltage, current, resistance, capacitance, diode, and continuity. The built-in DDS signal generator outputs 7 signal types, with adjustable frequency (up to 2 MHz), amplitude, and duty cycle.

The device has a 2.8″ high-definition LCD (320×240 resolution) and a 3000mAh rechargeable battery with up to 6 hours of standby time, offering compact size and portability for a wide range of users including professionals, students, and hobbyists.
